Sticky Notes - How to take backup in windows OS

In windows OS -

For Backup
Start -> Run and type %AppData%\Microsoft\Sticky Notes to open the "Sticky Notes" folder.
Copy the StickyNotes.snt file to another safe location for future use.

For Restore
Same way open the "Sticky Notes" folder
Copy the existing StickyNotes.snt file back to the Sticky Notes folder 
and you are done!
